EXPERIMENTS

Now is the best time to build.

Below, you’ll find work inspired by my curiosity about building with AI.

PRODUCT STRATEGY • 0→1 PRODUCT • UX RESEARCH

Urban Mobility

Urban parents needed peace of mind for their kids' daily commute. I built the full strategy and designed the "old-school" way. Then I tested whether AI could actually follow it.

I use AI to move faster through ambiguity, not around it.

SEEING THE FOREST FOR THE TREES

AI products aren't designed well in pieces.

You either see the whole system or you’re guessing at its parts. How do you tell a system- AI or human- what to build, why, and for whom? It depends on the context, the communication, and the constraints. But, generally, there are 4 tenets to building AI.

Coherence in, coherence out.

AI amplifies whatever it's given. The teams that win aren't the fastest — they're the ones who've built the most clarity, the best understanding, and alignment around the problem or opportunity.

AI should empower the people using it.

It should make their thinking sharper and their actions more relevant. If the tool replaces human judgment, the wrong tool was built.

How you frame a problem is crucial.

Building is now fast and cheap. Knowing what to build and how to frame why it should be built — that's the new constraint. Discernment is the value.

Show the reasoning, not just the result.

People are less likely to trust an answer without context or a rationale.
